- Provide, maintain, and improve the PhoneFluent service
- Process your subscription and send receipts
- Generate AI feedback and analysis on your practice calls
- Send you transactional emails (receipts, transcripts, product updates)

- Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the experience
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Supabase — database and authentication provider
- ElevenLabs — AI voice provider that powers practice calls
- Anthropic — AI provider that powers call analysis and feedback
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- PayPal — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and handles your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Call Transcripts & Audio
Your practice call transcripts are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to you. We use transcript content to generate AI feedback on your performance. We do not store raw audio recordings — only the text transcript generated during the call.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and call history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
